Predict Employee Turnover using Different Models

This is a project I had from an elective course. The goal of this project is to create insight on how data analyzing is applied in business cases. I use data with nine specific factors to build a model that help understand why employees leave and predict who might leave in the future. This can help management take timely actions to retain valuable employees before they decide to quit.
